Blairmore Suburban Centre

The Blairmore Suburban Centre (BSC) is located on the west side of Saskatoon and is part of the city's Blairmore Suburban Development Area. The BSC is a community service/ commercial/residential community.

There are two high schools in BSC. Tommy Douglas Collegiate is a public secondary school belonging to the Saskatoon Public School Division and Bethlehem Catholic High School, part of the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division.

The Blairmore Centre, which is part a multi-district park in the BSC Development Area, encompasses the two secondary schools and the Shaw Centre. The Shaw Centre is a state-of-the-art aquatic and fitness facility offering a new calibre of recreation, health and fitness opportunities to the residents of Saskatoon.

There is approximately 315,000 square feet of retail space constructed in the BSC. There is a large WalMart Super-Centre which anchors the big box retail stores. Other stores now open include: Sally Beauty Supply, Bulk Barn, Jump.ca, Subway, Pennington's, Reitman, Sleep Country, and the Royal Bank. There is more retail/commercial development planned for this area, including World Gym.
